| its not like we read it and then suddenly believe it. all i no is that my life was meaningless untill someone told me about this guy called Jesus who could turn my life around and give me a reason for waking up each day. i gave my life to Jesus 8 years ago and every second has been amazing. the devil will always try to tell you that you will get more out of life by living for yourself but its not true. by now i know Jesus so well as a friend that im immune to all this kind of stuff |

| We make our world significant by the courage of our questions and the depth of our answers (Carl Sagan). The big questions are like a rotting fish. Religion is like painting that rotten fish gold. It glazes over the questions and makes it look like we have answers, but in reality it still stinks. It doesn't get us any closer to answering those questions (Removing the fish), it might even push us back. All for something that's completely irrational. Doesn't make sense to me. |

| Ok, I'm not a Christian but just to point out that the only reason people are bad is because the Devil has tempted and corrupted them, without him then no one would do anything bad as there would be evil trying to tempt them. He is the reason humans have to suffer and die; original sin. He is a really bad guy... if you're a christian. |

| so your saying that the devil is temptation itself, so if we had to tackle the problem of the "devil" then we would have to stop feeling certain feelings like want or lust, i reckon this is almost impossible and seeing that religion is just early social control, we should jack the whole lot in and just start acting like civilised people. |
